More Cindy!
Tim T. came over today to get his heavy Cindy groove on. Seeing as he tops out with over 30+ rounds normally (and there is nothing "normal" about doing that many rounds in 20 minutes!), the next step was to strap on a 20# vest and try to blow out an artery. It's a good day as he hits a heavy Cindy PR of 21+.

Holy shiza! He's an ANIMAL!!! If Tim ever reaches mid-20's with 20#'s...next level is to taze him between each round. He'd probably still get 20....Strong Sauce indeed.
